By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the KKB App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Anteriore Software Solutions Inc., (“KKB”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notification, modify and update these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms within the KKB App. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the KKB App thereafter. Your continued use of the KKB App following the posting of the revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
The KKB App is designed to help users manage their credit cards by providing seamless day-to-day financial management tools (such as, payment and bills trackers), access to the best credit card deals and rewards, and financial literacy content and insights. The KKB App is a tool for organization and information tracking only. It does NOT manage your credit accounts, facilitate payment of bills, provide personalized and foolproof financial advice, or guarantee the accuracy of any third-party information.
• Account Creation: To use certain features of the KKB App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
• Age Restriction: You represent that you are 18 years old or above, or, that if you are below 18 years old, you possess legal parental or guardian consent, and that you are fully able and competent to legally bind yourself to and abide by all of the terms, conditions, obligations, declarations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms.
• Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the credit card information and deadlines you input into the KKB App.
• No Personal Financial, Legal, or Investment Advice: The KKB App is not a personal financial and/or legal advisor. Any information or insight provided by or through the KKB App are for informational purposes only and should not be, in any manner, considered personal financial, legal, or investment advice. • Compliance with Laws: You agree to use the KKB App in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

This means that if you click on one of these links and make a purchase or submit a credit card application on the linked third-party website, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
We only promote products or services that we believe may be of value to our users. However, we do not control, endorse, or guarantee the products, services, content, or privacy practices of these third-party websites or merchants. Your interaction with any third-party website linked from the KKB App is solely at your own risk. Please note that any data you provide to or that is collected by these third-party websites is subject to their own respective terms and privacy policies, and is not covered by these Terms. • Limited License: We grant you only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the KKB App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
• "As Is" Basis: The KKB App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent allowable by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. Neither we nor any person associated with us makes any warranty or representation that the KKB App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected, or that the KKB App or any services or information obtained through the KKB App will otherwise meet your needs or expectations. Neither we nor any person associated with us makes any warranty that all information provided through the KKB App will be accurate, complete, or current. You acknowledge that the KKB App relies on user-inputted data and external data sources, which may not always be up-to-date or accurate.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent allowable by law, in no event shall we, our officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (or any loss of actual or anticipated revenue or profits), including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the KKB App or its termination, and irrespective of whether you have advised us of the possibility of any such loss or damage. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: (i) unauthorized or fraudulent access or utilization of your KKB App account, or availed products, services, channels and facilities, whether or not you have knowledge of the same; (ii) any error and/or mistake attributable to you and/or your representative; or (iii) force majeure or other causes beyond our control (including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, calamities, earthquakes, fire, floods, wars, rebellion, civil or military disturbances, sabotage, acts of terrorism, criminal acts or willful misconduct by a party other than KKB, its officers or employees, epidemics, pandemics, loss or malfunction of utilities or facilities, power outages, electrical or mechanical failure, computer hardware or software failure, system failure or system downtime, network or telecommunication failure, causes or acts attributable to third persons or parties, labor disputes, strikes, walk-outs, riots, lock-outs, or other governmental actions).
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold free and harmless KKB and its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the KKB App, including, but not limited to, your user contributions, any use of the KKB App's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the KKB App. All actual and documented expenses and legal costs related to the enforcement of our rights and remedies under these Terms or under law or equity, arising from your non-compliance with, or breach of, these Terms, shall be for your account.
• Effectivity of the Limitation and Indemnification Provisions:The provisions on Limitation of Liability and Indemnification shall survive the termination, cancellation or suspension of the KKB App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the KKB App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the KKB App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the KKB App.
• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
• Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall be settled by amicable negotiation. If amicable negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Mandaluyong City to the exclusion of all other courts.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and KKB regarding the KKB App.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• Waiver: No waiver of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of us to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision and shall not relieve you of any obligation herein. Any waiver by KKB of any term or condition hereunder shall not affect our right at a later time to require performance.
