Housing loans of up to ₱10 million
Pag-IBIG Fund members looking to buy a home can explore housing loan options of up to ₱10 million, giving qualified borrowers more financing capacity for properties that fit their needs and budgets.
Qualified borrowers may access a subsidized interest rate as low as 3% per year. Promotional rates are also available at 4.5% per year for properties priced above ₱1.8 million up to ₱4.9 million, and 5.75% per year for properties priced above ₱4.9 million up to ₱10 million.
Borrowers should confirm the eligibility requirements and applicable rates with Pag-IBIG Fund, as the lowest subsidized rate may not apply to every applicant or property.
Special property deals and on-site loan assistance
Participating developers will offer special Expo prices, promotions, and exclusive incentives for buyers during the two-day event.
Pag-IBIG Fund personnel will also be available on-site to assist visitors with housing loan inquiries and guide them through the initial steps of an application. This gives prospective buyers an opportunity to explore properties and ask about financing options in one place.
The Expo is led by the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), in partnership with Pag-IBIG Fund, the National Housing Authority, the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation, the Human Settlements Adjudication Commission, the Social Housing Finance Corporation, and other housing-sector partners.
Interested homebuyers can register through the Pag-IBIG Fund website. Admission is free and open to the public.
