Change 1 — BPI Amore Platinum Card Becomes the Robinsons Cashback Card
Your current BPI Amore Platinum Card will be rebranded to the new Robinsons Cashback Card powered by Visa, which offers enhanced cashback benefits at Robinsons Brands and Affiliate Stores, while continuing current cashback for everyday spending such as dining, shopping, and groceries. The transition will take effect by June 24, 2026.
This is part of the ongoing BPI-Robinsons Bank merger integration — and the rebrand comes with meaningful upgrades, not just a new name.
What is actually changing — the new cashback structure:
BPI will convert Amore Platinum Cardholders to the new Robinsons Cashback Card powered by Visa starting June 24, 2026. The new card features a lower annual fee at ₱2,500 (down from ₱5,000), up to 3% cashback at Robinsons brands and affiliate stores on minimum ₱3,500 spend, 1% cashback at Robinsons brands on minimum ₱1,000 spend, 1% cashback on groceries and shopping, 4% cashback on dining and food delivery, 0.3% cashback on other spend, and an increased annual cashback cap of ₱20,000.
One important cashback change to note:
Starting June 24, 2026, your cashback will transition from monthly crediting to a more flexible annual accumulation. Your cashback will now accumulate on an annual basis, and you may redeem it anytime through BPI Help & Support or by calling the 24-hour BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000. You can view your available Robinsons Cashback in your Statement of Account under "Cashback Available."
Cashback is redeemable in increments of ₱500 — anytime, on demand.
What you do NOT need to do:
No, you do not need to apply. Starting June 24, 2026, you will automatically enjoy the new cashback offer on your qualified transactions at Robinsons Brands and Affiliate Stores. There is no need to replace your existing BPI Amore Platinum Card plastic — your current card will continue to work and will simply start earning under the updated cashback structure. No. You will continue using your existing BPI Amore Platinum Card. Your card will only be replaced with the updated Robinsons Cashback Card design upon card renewal or if you request a card replacement.
Your card number, credit limit, and existing installment plans are all carried over automatically. No action needed on your part.
For Robinsons Bank Cashback Mastercard holders:
Following the merger of BPI and Robinsons Bank, your Robinsons Cashback Mastercard will be rebranded to the new Robinsons Cashback Card, powered by Visa, effective June 24, 2026. For Robinsons Cashback Mastercard cardholders without an existing BPI Amore Platinum Card, a new Robinsons Cashback Card powered by Visa will be issued. Any remaining balances will be transferred to the new card.
You may expect to receive your new card plastic design of the Robinsons Cashback Card, powered by Visa starting July 16, 2026 onwards. Please activate it immediately.
Update your recurring charges now. If you have auto-debits set up on your existing Robinsons Cashback Mastercard — subscription services, utility bills, insurance premiums — update those payment details to your existing BPI Amore Platinum Card or the new Robinsons Cashback Card before June 24 to avoid failed transactions.
Change 2 — BPI VYBE Updated Terms and Conditions
Updated Terms and Conditions for VYBE take effect June 30, 2026.
BPI has published the updated VYBE T&C on its official website — covering rules on your VYBE account, digital wallet functions, transaction history access, and dispute timelines. One key clause to know: if BPI does not receive any complaint from you within twenty calendar days from the transaction date, any and all transactions as well as the transaction details therein shall be considered correct and accurate, and any claim against BPI shall be deemed waived.
This means you have a 20-day window from any VYBE transaction to flag a dispute. After that, BPI considers the transaction confirmed. Review your VYBE transaction history regularly — do not wait until month-end to check.

The KKB summary — what to do before June 24:
If you hold a BPI Amore Platinum Card — no action required. Your card keeps working. Your credit limit stays. Your installments continue. Watch for the new Robinsons Cashback Card design to arrive starting July 16 and activate it immediately when it does.
If you hold a Robinsons Cashback Mastercard — update your auto-debit and recurring payment details now. Your Mastercard will be deactivated on June 24.
If you use VYBE — read the updated T&C and check your transaction history regularly. The 20-day dispute window is your responsibility to monitor.
