The guide’s second year in the Philippines
The MICHELIN Guide’s inaugural Philippine selection was announced on October 30, 2025, and covered Manila and Environs and Cebu.
That first edition recognized 108 establishments, including one Two-Star restaurant, eight One-Star restaurants, 25 Bib Gourmand awardees, and 74 MICHELIN Selected restaurants. Gallery by Chele also received a MICHELIN Green Star for sustainable gastronomy, while three special awards recognized a young chef, service excellence, and exceptional cocktails.
The 2027 selection marks the guide’s return to the country, continuing its recognition of restaurants and culinary talent in the Philippines.
A credit card can also come in handy when planning a visit to a MICHELIN-recognized restaurant. Depending on the card and its available perks, cardholders may access dining discounts, exclusive restaurant offers, or concierge services that can help with reservations.
